Deposit is non-refundable unless application is not approved by Texas USA.

Payment to be received when your puppy is six weeks old.

Payment to be received 14 days prior to shipping. Once
the reservations have been made, a confirmation number
will be sent to you, then the fee becomes non-refundable.
If you circumstances require a change to your airline reservations
there will be a charge of $10.00 per day for ‘boarding’ until your
puppy can be delivered to the airport and any additional airline
charges for flight reservation changes.
